Private property rights are paramount in a free people.

Have you ever watched an old western movie where the bad guy, or even the local sheriff, rode up on horseback to the church property, dismounted and then "asked" the priest or pastor permission to enter; they both respected a "NO' when given and did not enter. World War I and WW II warring governments were known to respect churches by attempting to not bomb those locations. Historically, civil powers dared not enter someone's home without permission, even knowing or suspecting the bad guy was inside?

In the Bible 1 Kings 21 contains an example of generational private property rights. A vineyard land owner named Naboth refused to sell his private property to King Ahab. King Ahab's wife, Jezebel concocted false evidence against Naboth and persuaded the authorities to accuse Naboth of blasphemy and had him stoned to death. Our Founding Fathers recognized Biblical principles of God granted private property rights; rights superior to the whims of government. Our Founding Fathers gave us the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Amendments to provide for forceful protection of private property rights

As our civil powers drum toward a progressive, socialistic and communistic philosophy vacating the Constitutional Republic our Founding Fathers provided, individuals continue to loose private property rights. Ignorance of our God granted rights, NOT knowing or not believing in the Constitutions, lessens the people's resistance to tyranny as experienced here in Minnesota. Every year the Minnesota Legislature, or Judiciary, passes additional laws, rules, regulations, opinions and orders clearly outside Constitutional limits without a whimper of protest or resistance from
the population, or from the Church.

The land of lost liberties and growing civil dominance is clearly self-inflicted, and thus correctable. Undoing long established patterns of passive submission by the citizens requires an individual changed heart, understanding God granted liberties and serious civil participation by the population.

There is an invisible line of separation between all private property and civil government; a line granted by God and protected by our Constitutions. It is time for all citizens to educate themselves and to force civil governments to respect our God granted private property; learning again to "ask" permission; accepting our response be it yes or no. Then we will be free again.
